Plugged in but the Lights aren't Lighting Properly?

Sometimes if the battery is pushed in too far, it can touch other parts of the battery pack and cause problems with your face jewelry.

First, double check that your connectors are plugged in properly, (see "Initial Setup") if they are, and you are still having trouble, unplug the connectors and peel off the white silicone cover.

Check near the connectors to make sure there are no pins sticking up that are touching the battery.
You may need to slide the battery back a little bit to make space. there is a little tab at the end of the battery holder that indicates when the battery is pushed in all the way, if you are encountering this issue it is possible the tab is bent.

Plug the face jewelry in and turn it on to make sure they are lighting correctly now.

If it looks good, unplug the connectors and slide the white silicone cover back on. plug the connectors back in and light up your face jewelry, you’re all set!

Battery Falling Out?

Unplug the connectors and peel off the white silicone cover. Remove the battery if you haven't already.

Take a thin and stiff tool like a ball point pen or some tweezers, and press tabs in the middle of the battery holder inwards.

When you look through it, you should be able to see them peeking into the space where the battery goes.

Slot your battery in. Be sure not to push it in too far, there is a little tab at the end of the battery holder that indicates you have pushed it in enough.

Slip on the white silicone cover and plug in your face jewelry lights. (see "Initial Setup")

You’re all set!
