If the item that you are hoping for is not listed on our current Pre-order offerings then it is not scheduled for a restock.

PLEASE NOTE : We cannot expedite Pre-order items as they are in production & haven't landed at our warehouse yet

When are you expecting a RESTOCK?

If you're order says"PRE-ORDER" in the product title, your order will not ship until all items have arrived to our warehouse. We do post production updates on our Instagram @NeonCowboys & the estimated delivery date is included in the Pre-order title

 

Once the PRE-ORDER item has landed & shipped from our warehouse you will automatcially receive an email/text update with the shipping tracking.

If your order has "label created" & does not have any "Pre-Order" items, it hasn't been scanned yet by UPS/USPS. Please allow 2 - 3 days for our fulfilment processing time before the carrier picks up & scans your shipping label.
